Job Summary: Responsible for building relationships with new customers and servicing and expanding relationships with existing customers. Assess customer needs and suggest or promote alternative products or services, and refer to appropriate area. Provide timely and accurate resolution of account related issues.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Provide customer service in accordance with Coastal's Core Values

• Interview and assess customer and non-customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services

• Conduct phone follow up and actively raise customer awareness of bank products and services

• Maintain an organized system for tracking and following up on customer needs

CREDIT ANALYST-5415 Evergreen Way Everett


Summary

Work within Credit Dept with lenders and branches to maintain and grow the banks lending portfolio. Main responsibilities include financial analysis relating to new loan requests, renewals and extensions as well as loan review analysis and preparation of detailed write-ups and credit risk assessments to include the financial strengths and weaknesses of potential borrowers.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• This process will provide the credit analysis of a business, including its management and environment, for the purpose of determining whether the business has the ability and willingness to meet its financial obligations as they come due.

• The credit analyst develops loan presentations for Commercial Lenders and Loan Committee's by analyzing financials and evaluating credit risk. Analysis at this level should be concise and should demonstrate a well thought out recommendation;

• Responsible for providing analytical support to the Commercial Loan Officers by assembling, analyzing, and organizing relevant data in an objective and independent manner for the purpose of obtaining loan approval

Including:

• Review commercial loan packet for completeness

• Utilize the Bank's software program to spread financial statements

• Cash Flow analysis – 3yr trend analysis and 18 month projections with detailed assumptions with comparison to industry comparisons

• Verifying policy exceptions and approval authorities

• Order credit reports, UCC searches, flood, title and appraisals for lenders

• Construction Budget Input/Review

• Provide statement analysis to examine liquidity, leverage, and cash flow in the past, present, and future and use ratios, trends and industry analysis as tools for arriving at conclusions.

• Using historical statement analysis, prepare projections that can be affected by unusual or seasonal disbursement that may affect working capital needs and cash flow.

• Analyze market, leasing activity, and construction or renovation progress.

• Analyze cash flow and leasing of the property

• Analyst must be able to identify recurring and non-recurring sources of cash flow

• Work with CCA on all purchase participations loan request/write ups

• Prepare documentation request sheet and submit with package for documentation.

Relationships:

This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills due to the high level of contact inside the bank with Loan Officers, Loan Processors and Senior Management. Good external contact with existing customers, brokers (to promote relationship banking) and Federal and State Regulators (as needed to offer technical support to the Department head during annual audits) is essential to this position. This position is expected to work closely with the Department head to take a leadership role with all of these contacts. The credit analyst team prides themselves on the quality of service they provide and the partnering with internal and external customers.

Job Summary: The Relationship Manager is responsible for financial growth and the attainment of loan and deposit goals for the bank. The Relationship Manager is the owner of the relationship. This position is expected to build a portfolio of commercial credit while utilizing knowledge of working capital lines, equipment term loans, lines of credit, CRE and Construction Lending. The RM will manage existing relationships and develop new business relationships within the community with a focus on maintaining maximum profitability with minimum risk. Excellent credit skills are a must.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Meet all annual new business production goals

• Actively pursue new business through cold calling, networking and cross-selling to bank customers

• Make pricing decisions consistent with bank's financial objectives

• Analyze financial needs and offer creative solutions while building customer relationships

• Cross-sells other bank products and services
