CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Everett Colby Office


Job Summary:Responsible for soliciting or building relationships with new customers, servicing and expanding relationships with existing customers. Assess customer needs, suggest or promote alternative products or services, and either fill the need or refer to appropriate area. Provide timely and accurate resolution of account related issues.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Provide customer service in accordance with Coastal's Core Values
  • Interview and assess customer and non-customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services. This may be in the branch or a call to a local business, or from a book of business.
  • Conduct phone follow up and actively raise customer awareness of bank products and services. These activities may have a standard of frequency set by branch management.
  • Maintain an organized system for tracking and following up on customer needs and track monthly production to the branch goals
  • Provide customer referrals to Treasury Management, Commercial and Consumer Lending, Cash Management and Real Estate Lending.
  • Provide timely resolution and follow through on customer issues and concerns
  • Complete account documentation according to bank guidelines
  • Maintain current knowledge of banking rules and regulations and complete monthly on line training
  • Represent Coastal in a positive and professional manner
  • Provide back-up to the tellers and/or assist with operations duties as assigned
  • Actively work a book of customers to build relationships, grow the value of the book as management has goaled and keep a strong grasp on the retention of our clients. This may also include relationship reviews with a line of business
  • Other duties may be assigned


Qualifications:


• Outgoing, professional attitude with customers, prospects and co-workers

• Proven effective verbal and written communication skills

• Required to handle multiple tasks at the same time

• PC experience navigating in a Windows environment and using multiple applications

• Must have excellent attention to detail to ensure timely and effective communication with customer until request/issues have been resolved

• Previous sales experience, preferably of financial products and relationship development for retention

• Basic internet skills


PERSONAL BANKER

Evergreen branch, Everett


Job Summary: Sell a full range of banking services and products to individual customers and small business' with an emphasis on meeting customer needs, providing exceptional customer service and actively soliciting new customers. Interview consumer loan customers, provide sales leadership to staff, and participate in branch outside business development efforts. May also sell business products of a more complex nature, i.e. cash management accounts.

IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR~Everett WA

Job Summary: The System Administrator is responsible for routine network maintenance and upgrades, configuring new equipment and services, installing and managing server and network architecture, and ensuring the prompt delivery of requests and projects by the VP of IT.



Responsibilities:

Maintain routers and switches

• Install, configure, maintain, and secure Windows servers 2008-2012

• Active Directory

• Maintain and configure VLANs

• Install, configure, maintain, and secure VMware ESXi 5.5 environment

• Perform regular upgrades and updates of Windows Servers and third party applications

• Plan, coordinate, communicate and execute releases of application and system updates

• Conduct primary server support as well as act as an escalation point for the helpdesk support staff.

• Backup end-user support of desktop, laptop, and applications

• Manage and maintain Backup and Disaster Recovery procedures.

• Participate in Backup and DR procedures testing and system validations

• Work with team to plan track and document system infrastructure

• Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common problems

• Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting on new systems and peripherals

• Maintain documentation on the network relating to all hardware and software configurations, network configurations and user systems

• Conduct end-user training on new and upgraded systems and programs

• Assist in the recommendation, planning and implementation of new IT systems

• Act as a liaison to external contractors hired to perform IT-related functions



Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills

• Experience with VMware

• Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware/network/software)

• Strong understanding of Active Directory

• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP

• Local Area and Wide Area Networking concepts and principles

• Solid understanding of security concepts, principles and practices



Requirements:

5+ years hands-on IT experience in designing, implementing and supporting IT systems and users

• 5+ years working with Microsoft server and Windows Environment

• Must be able to work without supervision on daily issues and IT projects

• Previous experience with banking and bank regulations preferred
