Beginning December 9th, Coastal Community Bank unveiled the first of many new online services to better serve you now and in the future. Here are some highlights of the latest features you can expect:
Secure. Stay protected with a new password reset option. We've added an extra layer of security with the ability to reset your password 24/7.
Convenient. Initiate stop payments and electronic bank to bank transfers without visiting a branch. New ways to stop and send funds to individuals at Coastal or other financial institutions.*
Future-ready. Access your accounts from any iPhone or Android device. Mobile banking with photo deposit coming in Spring 2014.

Important Information for online customers.
For personal online banking users, your initial password will be the primary account holder's zip code plus the last four digits of his/her social security number.
For business online banking users, your initial password will be the business zip code plus the last four digits of the business EIN.
The first time you log in you will go through the device verification process. Please read the Security User Guide for more details.
