Mobile banking is more important than ever and we are committed to bringing you the best service experience whether you visit our branch in person or connect with us by phone or mobile device.  Mobile banking now lets you deposit checks or send money to friends or family whether they bank with us or not.

Both fast and secure, our mobile banking services are designed for customers already enrolled in our online banking platform.* The easy to install Coastal mobile app lets you view account balances, pay bills and more. In addition, we integrate with SecurLOCK Equip so you can track Debit Card purchases and even disable your card from your mobile device.

First Time Users

Getting started is easy! Simply open the app on your smartphone or tablet, and then enter your online banking username and password.

(For your security, the first time you open the app, you will be prompted to enter a security code. This authentication process requires that we have your mobile phone number on file. Please call your branch or (425) 257-9000 if you do not receive a security code via text messaging.)

You can download the app for no charge from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Mobile Deposit

Deposit checks without ever setting foot into a branch! Mobile deposit lets you deposit checks with just a few quick clicks — and absolutely no waiting in line.

You use the app to take a picture of your signed check with your smartphone or tablet, submit it, and get confirmation when the deposit’s been approved. Simple. Download our mobile app to get started today!

  • Deposit checks directly into your eligible account using your smartphone, tablet or flatbed scanner

Text Banking

Stay connected to your accounts using your phone's text features. By using one-character text commands, you can receive up-to-date account information directly from us without even launching your app or visiting our website.

You can also set up Mobile Alerts to help you avoid surprises. We’ll let you know when your balance reaches a certain amount or when a check clears, or a deposit is posted.

Get Started

To access Text Banking and Mobile Alerts, log into Online Banking and click on the Administration tab. From there, you select Mobile Banking and follow the onscreen instructions.
