2025 Holiday Hours and Cutoff Times

HOLIDAY HOURS

Our Branch and Administrative Offices as well as our Customer Support Team will observe the following adjusted hours/closures for the upcoming holidays:

• We will close at 2:00 PM (Pacific Time) on Tuesday, December 24^th, 2024, for Christmas Eve.
• We will be closed Wednesday, December 25^th, 2024, for Christmas Day.
• We will be closed Wednesday, January 1^st, 2025, for New Year’s Day**.
  
  **We are open normal business hours (9am to 5pm) on New Year’s Eve.

SPECIAL CUTOFF TIMES FOR MONEY MOVEMENT

• ACH cutoff time on Tuesday, December 24^th, 2024, will be 2:00 PM (Pacific Time).
• Our wire correspondent bank will also be closing early for the holidays. The following adjusted cutoff times for outgoing wires in foreign currency will be observed. (Cutoff times do not change for outgoing wires sent in U.S. dollars).
  Tuesday, December 24^th, 2024: 10:00 AM (Pacific Time)
  Tuesday, December 31^st, 2024: 10:00 AM (Pacific Time)
