How do I apply?
Review our [open positions] and click on the one that interests you. You will then be directed through our online application process. Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted if there is interest in your candidacy. Please keep in mind that we receive a high volume of applications and may not be able to immediately follow up if there is not an applicable fit.
What's the recruiting process like?
We value your time, so we move as quickly as possible throughout the process. You must apply online to a posted position in order to be considered for any of our roles at Coastal. Once we receive your application, we will communicate with you by email and/or phone to inform you quickly as to any next steps.
What if a position I'm interested in is not posted?
Don't worry! Check back often so you can be one of the first people to apply when a position does open up.
Do you offer internships?
Yes. We have summer intern opportunities. These positions will be posted towards the end of spring.
Do you offer part-time positions?
Yes. Some of our positions are available part-time. Schedules vary depending on position and need.
Do you have an employee referral program?
Yes. We do have an employee referral program. Employee receives $100 when your referred new hire starts and another $100 after the candidate has been here for six months. The referring employee's name must be on the new hire Coastal employment application in order to qualify.
