The Assistant Branch Manager is a crucial member of the branch leadership team, modeling the highest levels of customer service and sales behavior while understanding the operational back-end of banking. This position oversees teller staff and ensures audit and branch procedures are employed on a daily basis. The Assistant Manager works with the Branch Manager to develop branch goals and sales strategies while staying true to CCB’s core values and putting customer needs first. Assistant Branch Managers should possess effective verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task with a smile, and a problem-solving/can-do attitude. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in branch banking and community engagement.
Evergreen Way Administrative Office
The Compliance Officer is responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the bank’s compliance management program, including Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking operations and experience in regulatory compliance initiatives. The Compliance Officer plans, organizes, and controls the bank’s day-to-day administrative, lending and operational compliance activities – acting as the liaison between the Internal Audit Team, Executive Management and Federal and State regulators. As a member of the compliance team, the successful candidate must have the ability to multi-task and effectively present with confidence to staff, senior management and stockholders. A four-year college degree and three to five years related experience is desired; a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation is preferred.

Snohomish Branch (Part-Time)
Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are responsible for building relationships with new customers and servicing and expanding relationships with existing customers. CSRs open new accounts and work with customers to identify the best products and services to meet their needs. The position also regularly handles a cash drawer and teller transactions as well as other duties as assigned to ensure branch operations and customer needs are met in a timely fashion. Customer service and cash handling experience are required. Successful candidates will have previous bank experience and/or examples of delighting customers on a daily basis.

Personal Bankers deliver a full range of banking services and products to individual customers and small businesses with an emphasis on meeting customer needs and providing exceptional customer service. Our Personal Bankers provide timely resolution and can-do solutions when it comes to customer issues and concerns. They solicit new customers and reach out to existing clientele on a daily basis. The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized and has a good eye for detail. Personal Bankers must maintain an organized system for following up on customer needs and tracking their progress against branch and individual production goals. Effective communication skills, the ability to multi-task and Windows Office proficiency is required. Outside business development and production generation experience is highly desired and previous sales experience of financial products is recommended.
