Compliance Officer

Evergreen Way Administrative Office

The Compliance Officer is responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the bank’s compliance management program, including Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) activities.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking operations and experience in regulatory compliance initiatives. The Compliance Officer plans, organizes, and controls the bank’s day-to-day administrative, lending and operational compliance activities – acting as the liaison between the Internal Audit Team, Executive Management and Federal and State regulators. As a member of the compliance team, the successful candidate must have the ability to multi-task and effectively present with confidence to staff, senior management and stockholders. A four-year college degree and three to five years related experience is desired; a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation is preferred. 

Customer Service Representative

Snohomish Branch (Part-Time)

Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are responsible for building relationships with new customers and servicing and expanding relationships with existing customers. CSRs open new accounts and work with customers to identify the best products and services to meet their needs. The position also regularly handles a cash drawer and teller transactions as well as other duties as assigned to ensure branch operations and customer needs are met in a timely fashion. Customer service and cash handling experience are required. Successful candidates will have previous bank experience and/or examples of delighting customers on a daily basis.

Marketing Manager

Evergreen Way Administrative Office

Coastal Community Bank is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our branding, advertising, and public relations strategies. The ideal candidate will support the existing brand, while bringing new perspective and creativity within the established goals and strategy of the Bank. This position will be a balance of producing media, supporting initiatives, and coordinating with all lines of business.  If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, changing environment, excel at collaborating across business lines, and believe in staying current with advertising trends, we want to talk to you! Marketing degree or equivalent experience is desired, bank marketing experience preferred.

Part-time Teller (3 openings)

Silver Lake Branch (Part-Time) | Freeland Branch (Part-Time) | Evergreen Branch (Part-Time)

As part of our frontline team, this position requires the ability to provide prompt, accurate and friendly service.  Tellers must possess the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in accordance with Coastal’s Core Values.  Daily tasks involve processing a variety of customer account transactions and accurately handling the receipt and payment of money according to existing procedures and systems.  This position is also responsible for identifying customer needs and suggesting solutions through referrals.
