Consumer Online Banking is Getting a New Look

Coastal Community Bank will update the consumer online banking interface on Monday, November 21, 2022. You can still access the same banking account information and features, but the appearance and navigation will be updated. We hope the new interface provides a better experience with our online banking platform.


  • Will I still be able to access my account information, and existing services such as Bill Pay, eStatements, Zelle®, and mobile banking? Yes, we are only refreshing and updating the appearance and some navigation in online banking. There are no changes to the access you have today to account information and services such as Bill Pay, Zelle, mobile banking, or eStatements.
  • Will the login process be impacted by these changes? Usernames and passwords are not changing. The first time you login, following the update, may take slightly longer than normal as your user is migrated to the new interface. There should be no downtime following the transition.
  • If I have multiple usernames for online banking, will they all be affected by these changes? These changes only apply to consumer (personal) users at this time. We plan to update the interface for users with access to business and non-personal entities in the near future. Any user that is only associated to consumer (personal) accounts will see the new interface on the date indicated above.
  • Are there any actions or steps that I need to take in regard to this notice? There is nothing you need to do in advance of the updates. These changes will occur automatically on the date specified above and then the current interface will be retired. We encourage you to explore the new interface which should be available to you by end of business (5:30 pm, Pacific Time) on the date above. We welcome your feedback and encourage you to contact us if you should have any questions or need assistance.
